Collstream is an award winning company, specialising in SMS, voice messaging and interactive voice response solutions. They help businesses strategically manage their communications.
Collstream’s previous identity had served them well in its formative years, but with the company now established, the branding no longer communicated its ambitions. Having outgrown its existing branding, Collstream approached CCT Creative to design and develop a new brand identity that communicated its rising position in the market.

Though a series of brand workshops, it was decided that the new identity should be have three distinctive qualities; corporate, polished and professional. It was crucial the identity stood apart from its competitors, communicated its brand proposition, and appealed to the high level decision makers that Collstream engage with.
“We wanted a new brand that would cover all areas of the business, and that would stand the test of time, accommodating for future growth in our business. A more corporate brand for a more corporate audience.”
The design challenge was to build a visual identity platform that Collstream could be proud of, that reflected its growing reputation, and that could grow with the business. An identity that is distinct, simple and recognisable. It should reflect its culture and speaks its audience’s language.
As part of the rebrand, we designed a new logo and visual identity system, including; brochures, website, product guides, and promotional items for the brand relaunch. A set of brand identity guidelines was designed to govern all aspects of the visual identity; specifying fonts, colours, imagery, document grids, stationery and signatures. These allow Collstream to manage the identity themselves, and gives them the ability to create new documents and relevant marketing material, as and when they need them.
Collstream has fully embraced its new identity, and have recently been recognised by Deloitte as one of the top 50 fastest growing technology businesses in the UK.
